Registration Process
You can register for ISSLS/SASS 2026 by clicking the link at the top of the page. This will take you to the online registration platform. Please fill out your personal details, select the social functions you wish to attend and finalize by paying the adequate fees.
When you have completed you registration, you will automatically receive a confirmation an email from the congress secretariat, outlining what you have registered for. In case you do not receive this email, please check you spam folder as it might have ended up in there. Do not hesitate to reach out to issls@medicongress.com for assistance.
You can use your email and reference number to access your registration at any time to make any changes or make payments with a dedicated link. You can find this link in your confirmation email.
Registration Payments
A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. The payment options are:
- Credit card – Visa or Mastercard. Please note that you will be charged a 1,5 % surcharge on credit cards.
- Wire transfer
A Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.
All rates quoted are in Euros.
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you.
These terms and conditions apply to all payments/registrations made for the congress. By using the online payment facility on the congress registration platform you implicitly accept these general terms and conditions.
By entering your credit card information
You state that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that the associated information entered is accurate. You authorize the congress to deduct the booked amount from your credit card.
Declined/ Refused payments
We cannot accept liability if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/ debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).
Registration Cancellation
Participants canceling their registration before April 1 will receive a full refund less € 100,00 administration costs. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to issls2026@medicongress.com. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
Meeting Cancellation
The Conference Organisers accept no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond their reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
If the Conference Organisers elect to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference.
If the Conference Organisers elect to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. The conference will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Accommodation pre-payments will be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Conference Organisers and Medicongress Services as managing agent, accept no responsibility or liability against cancellations of bookings, loss or inconvenience or theft/damage to belongings in this regard.
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the conference website. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused because of such alteration.
Video & Photo
By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at the conference their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the conference which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Conference Organisers. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise Medicongress Services in advance by email.
